For our location in Hamm-Uentrop, we are looking for an immediate:

Sales Team Leader International (m/f/d)

• Organizational responsibility for the export team (4 employees)
• Negotiation of offers and framework agreements up to successful completion
• Collaboration and support in the day-to-day operational business of the inside sales department
• Agreement of conditions at the customer level
• Ensuring the continuous maintenance and use of the CRM system
• Link and impulse provider between field service and inside sales
• Participation in the planning and attendance at international trade fairs and events with a focus on Europe

• Completed commercial training, e.g., as an Industriekaufmann/-frau, Kaufmann/-frau für Groß- und Außenhandelsmanagement or comparable qualification, ideally with further training (e.g., Fachwirt or Betriebswirt)
• Several years of professional experience in international sales, preferably in the construction industry
• Good English skills in speaking and writing
• Strong teamwork skills
