Your Field of Activity You will take on the key function of written/telephone advisory for complex questions from the employees of our well-known, internationally positioned customers regarding their company pension schemes (e.g., bAV, bKV, (international) health insurance and time value accounts). As a trusted advisor, you will not only support individual employees but also contribute to strengthening awareness of the importance of company pension provision and employer benefits. You will also skillfully apply your knowledge in projects, working groups, and customer meetings to demonstrate the added value of our services to our customers. In summary, you form the important link between our customers' employees, the internal administration departments, and the local consultants responsible for the customers.

Our Requirements You have completed commercial training or a degree, possibly including completed training or further education as a bAV specialist advisor/expert (m/f/d) and/or KV specialist expert (m/f/d). Knowledge in the field of bAV, (international) health insurance, or social insurance is an advantage. With your customer-oriented and independent way of working, as well as your high level of commitment, you create the best prerequisites for acting successfully in this interesting position. You deal with changes in an open and constructive manner and bring the willingness to actively help shape new processes and developments. You also score points with your open, strong-communication personality; your colleagues look forward to your sympathetic, team-oriented manner. Fluent English skills and proficient use of MS-Office round off your profile.
