Investor Relations Analyst
Responsibilities Serve as a primary contact for a high volume of retail investors, addressing account questions, resolving issues, and delivering a consistently high standard of service
Develop and apply strong working knowledge of Fundrise's products, investment structures, and strategies to accurately and confidently support investors
Evaluate our current AI tools and responses to identify gaps, improve the customer experience, and drive team efficiency
Work with the Fundrise team to develop systematic methods for scaling our business and further supporting our growing investor base
Minimum Qualifications 1+ year of prior customer service experience, ideally in a high-volume environment
An understanding of the impact of positive, proactive customer service on brand loyalty and customer retention
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to explain complex topics clearly
Comfort working independently while staying closely coordinated with a team
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Desire to learn about Fundrise products and investment strategies
Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or related field
Prior customer service experience in real estate or financial services
