Job Profile

• Gender and Marital status: Indistinct.
• Education: Bachelor's Degree in General Medicine. Specialty in Radiology and Imaging.
• Desirable subspecialty in pediatric radiology, magnetic resonance imaging, PET CT, or oncological molecular medicine.
• Certification by the Consejo Mexicano de Radiología e Imagen.
• Languages: intermediate or advanced English.
• Must have letters of recommendation from previous jobs, heads of service, or postgraduate professors.
• 3 years of verifiable experience in coordination or leadership positions.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the administrative and operational activities of the technicians and radiologists in charge under their supervision in the performance of their duties in the Imaging Department.
• Supervise the performance of conventional radiology studies, ultrasound, magnetic resonance imaging, computed tomography.
• Perform ultrasound studies and diagnostic interventional procedures such as biopsies, nephrostomies, drainage of collections, etc.
• Be part of the biosafety, clinical record, and Morbimortality committees.
• Collaborate in the academic activities and courses and congresses provided by the Imaging Department.
• Participate in administrative activities such as monthly reports, annual reports; as well as general activities.

Knowledge:

• Oncosys.
• Handling of workstations for General Electric and Caresream Kodak.
• Image post-processing on workstations for each imaging modality.
• Radiological safety as occupationally exposed personnel.
• Postural hygiene and patient mobilization.
