Voluntary Action Coordination - Experience in volunteering

Fundación Teletón invites you to be part of its great work team as Coordination of Voluntary Action; if you meet the requirements, we would like you to share your details or CV with us to begin evaluating your competencies and contacting you.

Tasks to be performed:

• Convene different interest groups to participate in the volunteer team.
• Recruitment and selection of volunteer candidates.
• Design and implement training programs in inclusion, safety, human development, and leadership.
• Organize volunteer activity days that promote inclusion and support community needs.
• Search for and select sponsors for volunteer programs.
• Plan, coordinate, and follow up on the daily activities of the master volunteer, including lists, attendance, and activities.

Requirements:

• Degree in Lic. En Psicología, Pedagogía, Comunicación social y Relaciones Públicas, Recursos Humanos, Gestión de Organizaciones sin Fines de Lucro.
• Desirable degree: Diplomas in volunteering, human rights, gender approach, leadership, etc.
• English at 50%, oral and written comprehension. High social sensitivity with a human philosophy, centered on values with experience in non-profit institutions. Availability to travel, car, and Driver's License: Indispensable.

Technical knowledge in:

• Ability to design and facilitate training programs, establish effective interpersonal relationships.
• Management of computer tools and social networks.

Working Day:

• Monday to Friday; 07:00-15:00 hours.
