Data and BI Analyst

Fundación Teletón is looking for talent to join its Information Technologies team.

Job Objective: To design and transform the data generated by Fundación Teletón into accurate, accessible, and reliable information through the development of metrics, indicators, and visualization tools that contribute to the strategic and operational decision-making of the CRIT. The position participates in the consolidation, transformation, modeling, and analysis of information, ensuring data quality and consistency to generate useful information.

Requirements

Education: Systems Engineering, Informatics, Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field. Degree mandatory. Intermediate English

Experience

• *Experience in data analysis roles.
• *Experience in managing databases and data models.
• *Experience working with client areas for the translation of requirements.
• *Experience in the creation of indicators, reports, or control dashboards.
• *Experience in information analysis for the identification of patterns, trends, and improvement opportunities.

Technical Knowledge

• *Advanced SQL and analysis functions (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MariaDB, or equivalents).
• *Business Intelligence tools: Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or equivalents.
• *ETL processes: extraction, transformation, and loading of data.
• *Data Warehouse architectures.
• *Data modeling.
• *Definition and calculation of performance indicators.
• *Data governance, quality, and consistency.

Main Responsibilities

• *Consolidate information from the CRIT under a clean, secure, accessible, and reliable scheme.
• *Design and build processes to automate data extraction and transformation.
• *Maintain the governance, consistency, quality, and accuracy of information.
• *Design efficient and optimized data models for analytical queries.
• *Analyze patterns, trends, and anomalies to identify improvement opportunities.
• *Create and manage data dictionaries and prepare reports.
• *Build key indicators and control dashboards aligned with corporate guidelines.
• *Collaborate with user areas to translate business requirements into data solutions.
