Job Summary You will maintain and repair diesel engines while following operational SOPs and safety regulations. You will support the team lead, communicate with customers to resolve technical issues, and contribute to team discipline and harmony. Responsibilities Follow operational SOPs and comply with Health, Safety, and Environmental laws and regulations during all tasks Perform maintenance and repair work on diesel engines to ensure reliable operation Assist the team lead in completing assigned jobs and meeting project deadlines Communicate clearly with customers about work progress and provide effective solutions to meet their needs Participate in on-site customer meetings to address technical issues and propose practical solutions Prepare and submit monthly work reports for performance evaluation when required Support a positive and disciplined team environment to maintain harmony among crew members Preferred competencies and qualifications Demonstrate good interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and customers Write clear and accurate reports to document work activities and outcomes Work independently to complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision Manage work pressure to maintain productivity and quality Collaborate as part of a team to achieve common goals
