Test Engineer

• Be responsible for PCBA ICT and FCT engineering, defect debug.
• Coordinate with production and design teams to address test-related issues.
• Review and address tester downtime, ensuring productivity.
• Generate test programs, design fixtures, and validate equipment.
• Monitor preventive maintenance for optimal setup performance.
• Conduct training for Test Technicians and operators to enhance proficiency.

Qualifications: Experience in PCBA FCT and ICT, defect debug Electrical Engineering major is given priority. Experience in repairs and maintenance of electronic equipment is advantageous. Proficient in computer skills. Ability to supervise technical personnel effectively. Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills. Knowledge of programming and equipment control
