- Responsible for the installation, maintenance, and upkeep management of SMT production line (Pinter / SPI/Pick and placement / AOI / Reflow) and wave soldering equipment, reducing equipment usage costs and ensuring stable operation of the equipment.
- Drive preventive maintenance (PM) systematic & compliance to perform regular PM, troubleshooting and repair of equipment to ensure to ensure safety, high availability & reliability.
- Develop equipment and tools work instruction & manage training for operator, technician and engineer as assigned.
Qualifications: College degree or above with more than 5 years of relevant work experience in SMT equipment engineering or wave soldering machine. Proficient in Laser mark/SMT/AOI/SPI/Reflow equipment or wave soldering able to lead equipment fault repair and maintenance work. Have experience with Laser marking, SMT Panasonic placement, Screen printer GKG, SPI Koh Young , AOI Omron will be advantage. Have experience in EMS company will be advantage Good English and understand quality system includes IPC-610 standard. Understand EDA tools or gerber file Able to generate machine programming.
