Costing Executive (Tender / Pricing)

Position : Costing Executive (Tender / Pricing) Location : West – Kian Teck Way (Accessible via Buses from Boon Lay/Joo Koon)     Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 5.30pm  Salary (commensurate with experience) : Basic Monthly Salary Up to S$4,000 + Variable Bonus + Up to 21 days annual leaves + Medical Insurance + Medical Reimbursement $300   Duration : Permanent Industry :  Commercial Kitchen Equipment / Engineering Services

Main Responsibilities Prepare costing and pricing for quotations and tender submissions. Review tender requirements and prepare cost breakdowns and pricing schedules. Obtain and compare supplier quotations, costs and lead times. Analyse material, labour and related project costs. Coordinate with Sales, Procurement and Project teams on costing information. Maintain accurate costing records and update ERP/SAP system. Manage multiple submissions within tight deadlines.

Requirements Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Engineering or related field. 2–3 years of experience in costing, pricing, tender or related commercial roles. Accounting/Finance candidates with exposure to  costing, budgeting or cost analysis  are welcome. Strong numerical and analytical skills with good Excel proficiency. SAP/ERP experience is an advantage. Able to work under tight schedules and meet deadlines.
