QA Sr. Engineer ( IPQC )

Responsibilities: •Quality control in process of product and process quality. •Instruct and follow up junior engineer for the tasks including control them for keep Company rules and regulation. •Discuss and collaboration with others Department for Process and Product improvement •Quality control for non conforming product. •Coordinator with concerned parties to arrange/conduct meeting whenever Non conforming was raised (Material, Product, Claim) to evaluate the real cause by effective analysis tool in order to find suitable disposition and effective Corrective and Prevention. •Administration in charge to provide non conforming reports with concerned Departments in order to ensure compliance with Customer or Product requirement. •Authorize to lead or coach or instruct Technical or Product or material knowledge in order to find problem solution including decision making for disposition with advising of QA Manager. •Closely follow up with team and concerned parties for critical non conforming Corrective and Prevention. •To be a member to Conduct Quality System and process audit for internal and third party audit. •Periodical summary and present report. •Other duties as QA Manager assignment.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering field. Problem solving, Basic statistical, 8D report, Electronic process knowledge. At least 5 year experience in QA. Good command of speaking, listening, writing & reading in English Experience in PCB or FPC process is preferable. Good relationship, collaboration, presentation, well time management.
