Logistics Executive

This role is required to provide Logistics support to the Shipping and Logistics department.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Responsible for day-to-day Logistics operations to process all SAP Delivery orders timely.
• To ensure that all the SAP Delivery orders are completed, PGI and filed.
• To liaise with the CS Team and warehouse team for any changes to the SAP Delivery orders.
• In charge of raising Purchase Request (PR) for all the items related to the Warehouse & Logistics Teams.
• To manage Malaysia, import and export operations and ensure goods are delivered to Malaysia warehouse or customer sites without disruptions.
• To manage samples deliveries to overseas for Express Shipments using FedEx or DHL for any ad-hoc request.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Supervisors.

MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL (FORMAL TRAINING, LANGUAGES, ABILITIES) AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS :

• Minimum "O" Level
• 1 to 2 years' of experience in Logistics functions.
• Proficient in MS Office tools e.g. Excel, Word
• Knowledge of SAP system will be an advantage.
