Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop ACMV systems according to project specifications, building codes, and client requirements.
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings, layouts, and technical documentation for ACMV installations.
- Supervise and coordinate installation, testing, and commissioning of ACMV systems on-site.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of installed ACMV systems to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ACMV equipment and controls.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to integrate ACMV systems into building projects.
- Ensure all works comply with safety regulations, environmental standards, and local authority requirements.
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and schedules for ACMV projects.
- Provide technical support and training to maintenance staff and end-users.
- Keep abreast of the latest technologies and advances in ACMV systems and industry best practices.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Professional certification in HVAC or ACMV systems is an advantage.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience in ACMV or HVAC engineering.
- Strong knowledge of ACMV system design, installation, and maintenance practices.
