Welding Department Manager

• Plan welding tasks and determine work sequences to meet deadlines
• Control costs and manage resource usage, such as manpower and raw materials, to achieve maximum efficiency
• Inspect and ensure that the welding process complies with standards
• Analyze problems and find ways to improve and correct production processes
• Control and provide guidance to Supervisors and welders
• Prepare production reports, analyze data, and present to senior management for decision-making

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher At least 3 years of experience in welding and assembly management in a factory Knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and occupational safety standards Analytical, planning, and systematic problem-solving skills High leadership skills with effective communication and coordination abilities Good English communication skills
