Manager Procurement

• Qualifications :
• Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Procurement Manager or in a similar role (automotive is preferred) for at least 3 years.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese Language
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to work under pressure, handle fast-pace and changing situation.
• Willing to be placed in Sidoarjo, East Java.

Tasks & responsibilities :

• Collaborate with various departments, such as finance, operations, fabrication and management, to understand their procurement needs.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
• Develop and manage procurement budgets.
• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on factors such as cost, quality, and reliability
