Production Shift Supervisor

What You'll Do

Run the production floor during your shift — assign staff and keep the process flowing. Manage clean shift handovers so nothing in progress is ever dropped. Supervise intake and enforce our quality and process standards on every item. Keep machines running well — spot issues early and coordinate fixes. Write and submit shift reports to management. Support and develop the production team on your shift.

What We're Looking For

At least 1 year of work experience in a supervisory role. Knowledgeable in basic technology — comfortable using apps and simple digital tools. Able to write and submit clear reports. Hands-on and detail-driven — you spot a quality or safety issue instantly. A firm but fair leader who holds people to standards. Willing to work shifts, including nights and weekends on rotation.
