QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Main Responsibilities
- Purchase construction materials as instructed and requested.
- Track the progress of delivery and quality of materials in accordance with the construction schedule to prevent delays.
- Handle tender process, such as sourcing quotation, analyzing and evaluating for tender costing.
- Assist project manager with the price negotiation and award of sub-contractors.
- Submit and monitor Monthly & final project claims.
- Evaluate & prepare Variation Orders.
- Finalize Project Account with Contractor & Suppliers.
- Manage contractual and project costing matters.
9.Other duties as assigned.
Requirements: Min Diploma in Building/Construction/Quantity Surveyor or equivalent Min 2 years local relevant experience Proficient in MS Office and Autocad. If you are interested in this position, you can also send your resume at hr@fxconstruction.com.sg
