Job Summary

Join our team to prepare quality beverages, assist customers with their orders, and maintain smooth daily operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and respond promptly to their queries while assisting them in selecting beverages based on preferences and dietary needs
• Prepare beverages following standardized recipes and customer specifications
• Use proper brewing techniques and equipment to ensure consistent beverage quality
• Accurately process customer orders and handle cash and electronic payments securely
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the tea barista area, including equipment and workstations
• Monitor tea inventory levels, report discrepancies, restock supplies, and manage stock deliveries as needed
• Perform daily administrative tasks to support outlet operations
• Collaborate with team members to achieve outlet targets and ensure smooth daily operations
• Adapt to flexible work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Prior experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Work Schedule

Retail hours 44 hours per week

Shifting schedule Flexible 5 or 6 days per week

Immediate start Part-time rate: Fr $10.5/hr
