1. Translates the long-term goals for Quality System (QS) into tactical plans while maintaining oversight of the department’s operational and financial status.
2. Endorses the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for plants and reviews validation plans and procedures, ensuring alignment with Current Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMPs) and regulatory requirements, respectively.
3. Defines the information required for new product registrations and facilitates registration applications to obtain approval for the release of biological products.
4. Responsible for building department personnel capability by initiating training programs, and developing strategies to facilitate operational improvements for the department.
5. Responsible for all QS activities within the organization.
6. Deep knowledge of regulatory requirements and expertise pertaining to verification of product and process quality for product release.
7. Leader who provides clear guidance on critical work activities and deliverables, and has the foresight to develop skills and capabilities within and beyond the department to optimize resources, talent and overall performance.
8. Ability to develop creative solutions to resolve problems.

Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Food Science, or related fields is required. Minimum of 6 years of direct work experience in the food industry and system creation. Excellent understanding of quality systems, including GHPs, HACCP, BRCGS, ISO, FSSC22000, FDA THAI,Organic Certification, Organic Farm (USDA) and 5S. Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Word and MS PowerPoint Ability to work systematically and with discipline. Strong communication skills in English are a must. Familiarity with working with automatic systems and machines. Must possess a valid driver's license and own a car for fieldwork. Availability to work 6 days per week (Monday to Saturday). Flexibility, good attitude, and high accountability are valued traits. If you have previously attended the FOOD PROCESS CONTROL SUPERVISOR training course, passed the exam, and received a Certificate as a Food Process Controller from the training, you will receive special consideration. **Please ensure to check the specific work location before applying.
