QC & QA Officer

1. Responsible for inspecting, sampling, and measuring product quality, including overseeing tools related to quality inspection to ensure compliance with company standards.
2. Perform random product inspections according to sampling standards.
3. Responsible for inspection steps during the production process to ensure accuracy according to the work plan.
4. Control and take responsibility for various measuring tools related to quality inspection to ensure they always meet standards by:

Maintaining the measuring tool registry, managing stock, and coordinating maintenance and calibration of tools.

1. Coordinate and oversee the quality system, including pest and insect control management.
2. Coordinate and oversee chemical use control, chemical stock storage, and usage methods.
3. Verify operational procedures and verify cleanliness in the production line work areas.
4. Inspect and control the quality of various packaging to ensure they meet specified specs, such as size, defects, leakage, usability, etc.
5. Follow instructions from supervisors as assigned and in accordance with company regulations.

Qualifications: Educational background related to Food Science, Food Industry, and at least 2 years of experience in the field. Understanding of inspection and quality control processes for food or beverage production. Basic knowledge of standard systems in the manufacturing industry such as FSSC2200, GHPs, HACCP, etc. Basic knowledge in detecting pathogenic microorganisms in food and methods for managing pathogenic microorganisms. Basic knowledge in using laboratory tools and equipment such as microscopes, autoclave, pipette. Must be highly proficient in MS Office programs such as Excel, Word. Must be able to solve immediate problems and coordinate well with the team. Must have English language skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing) at a fair level. Must have a driver's license and be able to use a private car for work as there is no public transportation on the route. Able to work 6 days per week (normally Monday-Saturday) or rotate working days according to the work schedule. Must be able to work night shifts due to 24-hour continuous production. Patient, hardworking, able to solve immediate problems creatively, research information, always ready to develop oneself, and a self-learner. Good interpersonal skills, good communication skills, and able to connect with different teams well.
