Frontline Capital Advisors Ltd is now seeking to hire profile Investment Banking and Marketing Executives to join its expanding team:- Investment Banking Executives The successful candidate will source and lead execution of mergers and acquisitions advisory deals, financings, restructurings, capital market raises and other financial products/services. More specifically the Investment Banking Executive will;

Perform valuation analyses using various methodologies including discounted cash flow, leveraged buyout, trading and transaction comparables Participate in the origination and execution of equity and debt transactions Build detailed financial models to evaluate performance under various operating scenarios and to analyze the impacts of capital structures and M&A transactions Prepare presentation materials for use in client meetings, covering topics such as strategic alternatives, capital markets activity and general corporate finance Participate in all stages of transaction execution, from pitch phase through closings Coordinate efforts with deal team members across the firm

Knowledge And Experience

Be a team player and have sold work ethics Have strong quantitative and analytical skills Demonstrate superior attention to detail Have excellent verbal and written communication skills Have excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills

Qualification Required & Experience

A university degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting and any other related discipline An MBA Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or other postgraduate qualifications will be an added advantage
