Think ahead, connect, achieve: Guided by these values, we think beyond the limits of what is possible and thus create ingenious products and solutions for... 1 Technical Regulatory Specialist with Focus on Battery Integration (m/f/d) Your Tasks: As an expert for markets and regulation in the Solar & Energy sector, it is your task to set the regulatory course for our international markets. Together with our team, you will ensure that our innovative battery storage solutions meet all technical-regulatory requirements worldwide and that we act quickly and precisely in the market despite increasing system complexity. Specifically, you will undertake the following tasks:
- You continuously analyze, evaluate, and monitor normative and regulatory requirements in the field of battery storage (PV storage solutions) in international markets
- You derive clear technical and functional requirements from standards and guidelines and document them in a structured manner for our internal stakeholders
- You work closely with Research & Development (R&D) to ensure the implementation of these requirements in our products and system solutions
- You act as a technical expert and support our Technical Support with complex and in-depth questions regarding standards, regulation, and system integration
- You are the direct interface to our representatives in international markets and support them with all specialist questions regarding the technical and regulatory integration of our battery storage solutions
Your Profile:
- Completed studies in the field of Electrical Engineering, Energy Technology, or a comparable technical qualification
- Sound experience in the electrical system integration of PV systems and battery storage
- Strong ability to interpret the impact of complex guidelines on our system and translate them into precise technical requirements (Requirements Engineering)
- Ideally, experience with international standards in the field of PV systems and storage
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment in collaborating with various interfaces (R&D, Support, international markets)
- Analytical mindset, structured way of working, and the ability to maintain an overview even in a dynamic market environment
- Very good English skills, both written and spoken (for international coordination)

Our wages and salaries are above the collective agreement (KV) of the Electrical and Electronics Industry. The KV minimum values range between € 3,888.53 and € 4,993.21 - with a willingness to overpay. The exact amount depends on your qualification and experience.
