When introducing new software and linking existing systems, you are the first point of contact for the software development of interfaces. The JAVA-based middleware Orchestra is one of your tools for developing digital services and interfaces. Specifically, this means for the position as Software Engineer for APIs with JAVA:
- Definition of requirements and subsequent software engineering
- Design and implementation of digital processes and services
- Transferring or transforming data and data flows
- Further development of existing interfaces and services
- Connecting various applications (ERP, Webshop, EDI, CRM, CPQ, Cloud,...) from diverse business areas such as sales, development, production, logistics, eCommerce, and finance
- Ongoing coordination and consultation with external and internal specialist departments
Your profile:
- Completed higher education (HTL/FH/Uni) in the field of IT or software development
- Experience with JAVA, APIs as well as data formats (XML, JSON) and databases (SQL)
- Enthusiasm for new and old technologies and their interaction
- Interest in data logistics and interfaces from a holistic perspective
- Enjoyment in collaborating with specialist departments and the ability to communicate technical contexts in an understandable way
- Communicative personality (also in English)

Our wages and salaries are above the collective agreement (KV) of the electrical and electronics industry. The KV minimum values are between € 3,449.08 and € 4,993.21 - with a willingness to overpay. The exact amount depends on your qualification and experience.
