Process Expert - Focus CRM

To strengthen our team at the Wels location, we are looking for 1 Process Expert - Focus CRM. Your tasks:
As an International CRM Expert, it is your task to support and further develop our CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics 365) at both national and international levels.
Together with a motivated team, you will optimize processes, drive innovative solutions, and actively shape our CRM system / process landscape. Specifically, you will undertake the following tasks:
- You analyze our existing CRM processes and design ongoing developments and optimizations to ensure precise customer care
- You solve problems of daily operations (via Jira ticket system)
- You actively collect feedback from our interfaces and drive system optimization forward
- You are the interface between the requirements of the specialist department and the technical implementation
- You support the team with regular training sessions and workshops on the application of CRM and connected systems/interfaces
- You participate in various digitalization projects
Your profile:
- Completed higher commercial or technical education (HAK, HTL etc.)
- At least 3 years of professional experience in process optimization or similar
- Ideally experience in project management
- Joy in transferring knowledge
- Strong understanding of process flows, complex content, and system landscapes
- Teamwork skills, organized personality, independent way of working with high problem-solving and communication competence
- Very good English skills in speaking and writing

Our wages and salaries are above the collective agreement (KV) of the electrical and electronics industry. The KV minimum values are between € 3,449.08 and € 4,341.59 - with a willingness to overpay. The exact amount depends on your qualification and experience.
