Your tasks:
- Revision as well as audit of existing and establishment of new group or finance processes at subsidiaries (e.g., rollout of the new ERP system)
- Evaluation, implementation, and mapping of new business models from an economic and tax perspective (e.g., eCommerce)
- Implementation of local as well as global commercial and tax law requirements (e.g., global minimum taxation, eInvoicing) in the subsidiaries
- Project support for topics such as company formations, process optimizations, system introductions, policy design, etc.
- Contact person for the internal tax team regarding international tax topics and coordination of necessary steps at subsidiaries
- Support for subsidiaries in process, project, and ERP topics regarding accounting, financial reporting, and taxes
- Support in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements and consolidation of the subsidiaries
- Occasional business trips to foreign subsidiaries for internal process audits or implementations
Your profile:
- Completed university degree with a focus on business administration, accounting, taxes, finance, auditing, controlling, business law, or similar disciplines
- Accountant/Financial Accountant certification is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of UGB and knowledge of Austrian tax law required
- Initial professional experience in the finance sector is an advantage
- Good written and spoken English skills, other foreign languages are an advantage
- Experience with ERP systems and proficiency in using MS-Office
- Flexibility, independence, and reliability

Our wages and salaries are above the collective agreement (KV) of the electrical and electronics industry. The KV minimum values range between € 3,888.53 and € 4,993.21 - with a willingness to overpay.
