To strengthen our team at the Wels location, we are looking for 1 Electrical Engineer / Mechatronics Engineer for Customer Support. Your tasks:
Are you passionate about electrical engineering? Do you enjoy working with people and find joy in worldwide technical customer support? Then we at Fronius have the right challenge for you! As part of the motivated System Support team, your varied everyday work looks like this:
- Processing technical customer inquiries regarding the configuration of welding systems
- Customer Support or customer care, both independently and in a team
- System technical commissioning of welding systems on-site at the customer's location
- Conducting training at the customer's site and supporting internal training sessions
- Contact person for internal and external interfaces regarding technical issues
- Support at various events such as trade fairs and lectures
Your profile:
- Completed training in the field of electrical engineering, electronics, or mechatronics (apprenticeship, HTL)
- Ideally, initial experience in technical customer support and IT affinity
- Communicative team player with an eye for the big picture
- Joy in solving tricky problems (even in stressful situations)
- Hands-on mentality and high level of initiative
- Good English skills
- Willingness for occasional international travel

Our wages and salaries are above the collective agreement (KV) of the electrical and electronics industry. The KV minimum values range between € 3,009.82 and € 4,993.21 - with a willingness to overpay. The exact amount depends on your qualification and experience.
