To strengthen our team at the Thalheim bei Wels or Vienna location, we are looking for 1 Data Platform Engineer (f/m/d). Your tasks:
The Data Engineering department is characterized by a dedicated, team-oriented working environment. Together with your team and colleagues from our business areas, you will continuously develop our data platforms. In doing so, you create the foundation for innovative and forward-looking digital business models. Specifically, this means:
- Further development, automation, and integration of our modern scalable data platforms
- Deployment automation of platform services and Data Pipelines
- Conception and implementation of new Platform Features - from prototypes to production operation
- Participation in the implementation of Data Pipelines
- Close cooperation with Data Engineers and Data Scientists in automation and AI projects
- Working with a modern Data Stack (Kubernetes, Argo, Spark, Python)
- Joint development of innovative and effective solutions in a motivated team
Your profile:
- Completed studies in Informatik, Data Science, Softwareentwicklung, or comparable
- At least 2 years of professional experience in the field of Data Engineering, Data Science, or Platform Engineering
- Sound experience with Kubernetes & container orchestration
- Comprehensive knowledge in Software-Engineering, CI/CD processes, as well as experience with scripting languages such as Python
- Ideally certification as a Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD)
- Experience with data platforms, Workflow Automation, and Metadata Management is an advantage
- Fluent English skills

Our wages and salaries are above the Kollektivvertrag (KV) of the Elektro- und Elektronikindustrie. The KV minimum values are between € 3,888.53 and € 4,993.21 - with a willingness to overpay. The exact amount depends on your qualification and experience.
