General Qualifications
- Male/Female.
- Minimum high school graduate or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Barista is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of coffee, beverages, and bar operations.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Friendly, neat, and well-groomed appearance.
- Honest, disciplined, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
