DevOps Engineer with AWS focus for Silobreaker

Do you want to be part of developing the infrastructure behind an international platform for cyber and world analysis? At Silobreaker, you will become part of a small and experienced DevOps team with great responsibility and close collaboration with the developers. Here, you will have the opportunity to influence how the technical environment evolves and scales in step with the product.

About the position:

As a DevOps Engineer, you will work on building, maintaining, and further developing the infrastructure that Silobreaker's platform and development teams depend on. The environment is currently primarily on-prem, with parts in AWS, and an important focus moving forward is to continue developing the cloud environment and creating an infrastructure that can grow together with the product.

You will work closely with experienced DevOps colleagues and have a varied daily routine where long-term development is combined with monitoring, troubleshooting, and support. An important part of the role is also to improve tools and workflows so that it becomes easier for the development teams to build and deploy their services.

Tasks:

• Build and further develop the infrastructure with AWS and Terraform
• Work with CI/CD and deployment
• Improve tools and workflows for the development teams
• Monitor and troubleshoot the production environment
• Work with updates, patching, and vulnerability management

We are looking for you who:

• Have at least 3 years of experience in DevOps or similar work
• Have good experience with AWS and Terraform
• Have worked with CI/CD and deployment
• Have experience with container orchestration, for example Kubernetes or equivalent
• Have good knowledge of English as it is the company's working language

It is meritorious if you have experience with:

• Nomad, Consul, or Vault
• Ansible and on-prem environments
• Grafana or AI-based workflows within DevOps

By combining advanced data management, AI, machine learning, and interactive visualizations, they help companies and authorities understand and act on cyber threats, geopolitical events, and other risks. Customers are located all over the world and include several of the world's largest companies and organizations.

At the office by Slussen, there are around 25 people and many choose to stay for a long time. About the employment:

This is a recruitment where you will be employed directly by the client company. Friday is responsible for the recruitment process, and all questions should be referred to Friday.
