Your missions As a Transport Operator, you are the true "orchestra conductor" of our operations. Unlike freight forwarding, which focuses on purchasing capacity, your role is centered on the organization, optimization, and operational monitoring of flows.

Your main missions will be:

• Planning and optimization: Organizing tours and transport schedules by optimizing resource use to guarantee profitability and compliance with deadlines.
• Operational management: Ensuring real-time monitoring of shipments, coordinating departures and arrivals, and reacting with agility to unforeseen events (delays, breakdowns, logistical contingencies).
• Interface and coordination: Acting as the primary point of contact between drivers, clients, and partners to ensure total fluidity of the transport chain.
• Compliance monitoring: Ensuring strict compliance with European social regulations (driving and rest times) and safety standards related to the transport of goods.
• Client Relations: Ensuring high-quality follow-up in a complex logistical environment, guaranteeing transparent and proactive information to clients.

Profile sought We are looking for a field professional, capable of managing operational pressure while maintaining excellent service quality.

• Experience: You have significant experience in managing client relations within a complex logistics or transport environment.
• Language skills:

English: Mastery is essential for daily exchanges with our clients and partners throughout Europe. Assets: Proficiency in Spanish or German is a real advantage for our international exchanges.

• Soft skills: Great organizational capacity, autonomy, sense of priorities, and team spirit, which are essential to evolving within our family structure.
