Job Description & Requirements As part of CHAPANDA Singapore’s expansion, we are looking for passionate and responsible Tea Baristas to join our team. Key Responsibilities Prepare beverages according to standard SOP and quality standards Provide friendly and efficient customer service Process customer orders and payments accurately Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards Monitor stock levels and support daily stock replenishment Support daily store operations, including opening and closing duties Follow company policies and operational procedures Work closely with the team to ensure smooth store operations

Requirements Sales driven and passionate about customer service Responsible, proactive and willing to learn Good communication and teamwork skills Able to work in a fast-paced environment Prior F&B, retail or barista experience is an advantage Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
