Job Summary We are seeking a friendly, attentive Bartender to create a welcoming experience for guests while preparing and serving beverages. The ideal candidate brings strong customer service and hospitality skills, works efficiently in a fast-paced food service environment, and handles transactions accurately. Restaurant, bartending, or serving experience is preferred; training may be provided to the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take beverage orders, and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks according to recipes and guest requests.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area.
• Enter orders and process transactions accurately using a POS system; experience with Micros POS is a plus.
• Handle cash and card payments, provide accurate change, and balance transactions.
• Follow food safety and food-handling practices, including proper sanitation and responsible service procedures.
• Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to support smooth service.
• Monitor guest needs, respond professionally to questions, and help resolve service concerns.
• Manage multiple orders and tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Skills

• Bartending, serving, or other food service experience; restaurant or food industry experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service, communication, and hospitality skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems; Micros POS experience is preferred.
• Cashiering and cash-handling accuracy.
• Basic math and math skills for processing payments and managing orders.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and food handling.
• Effective time management, organization, and ability to work well in a busy team environment.

What we offer

Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
