Fresh Factory is looking for an experienced and driven IOC Manager (Inventory & Operational Control) to join our team!
📍 Placement: Head Office – Jakarta Selatan
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Inventory & Operational Control (IOC) function to ensure effective inventory management and operational control.
- Monitor inventory accuracy, stock availability, and inventory movement across operations.
- Develop and implement inventory control processes, policies, and procedures.
- Analyze inventory data and operational performance to identify discrepancies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure inventory planning and control are aligned with business and operational requirements.
- Coordinate with Warehouse, Fulfillment, Finance, and other relevant teams to ensure smooth operational processes.
- Monitor and improve inventory accuracy, stock reconciliation, and operational reporting.
- Lead the IOC team, set performance targets, and ensure team effectiveness.
- Prepare regular reports and provide insights and recommendations to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Inventory Control, Warehouse, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations.
- At least 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of inventory management, stock control, and operational processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and familiar with inventory or warehouse management systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Detail-oriented, structured, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in cold chain, fulfillment, FMCG, or logistics industry is a plus.
