Finance & Tax Manager

Job Description:

• Lead and oversee the company's overall finance operations, including Accounting, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Treasury, Tax, Procurement, and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business decisions.
• Manage company cash flow, working capital, and liquidity planning.
• Monitor financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to management.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Coordinate internal and external audits.
• Develop and improve financial controls, SOPs, and operational efficiency.
• Manage banking relationships and financing activities.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Finance team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of Accounting, AP, AR, Treasury, Tax, Procurement, Cash Flow Management, and FP&A.
• Experience in FMCG, Logistics, Supply Chain, Cold Chain, Distribution, or E-commerce is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and business partnering skills.
• Experience managing budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using ERP systems is an advantage.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
