To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated IT Specialist for Medical Devices and Network Integration (m/f/d) who combines technical know-how with a service orientation and actively helps shape the networking of modern medical technology.

Your Tasks

In this exciting interface function, you will combine medical technology and the IT world:

• Integration and connection of our medical devices into existing hospital and IT networks
• Maintenance and support of interfaces as well as connected subsystems (e.g., alarm management systems)
• Contact person for customers and internal departments for all questions regarding the IT networking of our systems
• Technical IT support for Germany as well as Central and Northern Europe
• Support and technical accompaniment of sales and investment projects
• Analysis and processing of service cases as well as technical support for malfunctions and error patterns
• Answering demanding customer inquiries regarding hardware and software topics
• Close cooperation with Marketing, Sales, Technical Service, and international business units
• Participation in the on-call service

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE

• Completed training in the IT field, e.g., Fachinformatiker Systemintegration, IT-Systemelektroniker, Informatikkaufmann (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Very good knowledge of network technologies such as TCP/IP, Routing, Switching, DNS, and DHCP
• Experience in the analysis and troubleshooting of LAN and WLAN infrastructures
• Ideally knowledge in the server environment (e.g., Windows Server, SQL Server, logfile analyses)
• Structured, solution-oriented, and independent way of working
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Strong communication skills as well as enjoyment in collaborating with different departments
• Willingness to travel within Germany as well as Central and Northern Europe
• Very good English skills in speaking and writing
