Trilingual Customer Service Advisor - Italian speaking

We are the leading recruitment consultancy for German, French, Italian and Spanish speaking positions. Also recruiting for positions with other languages such as Dutch, Polish, Portuguese, Scandinavian languages, Mandarin, Japanese and Arabic.

Your tasks

To provide excellent customer service and administrative support.

• Manage the ordering process from initial enquiry to delivery

• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to enquiries in a timely manner

• Manage existing accounts and client contract information in the database

• Prepare payment documentation, quotations and credit or debit notes

• Coordinate deliveries in line with client requirements and update client accordingly

• Liaise with other departments regarding client requirements or changes

Requirements

The Candidate

• Fluent in Italian and another European language (written and spoken) - Essential

• Previous experience in customer service and/or sales support - Essential

• Proactive, confident and dynamic personality

• Excellent communication skills and a team player

• Computer literate (MS Office, Internet)

• Able to work in a fast -paced environment

What we offer

Salary: up to £30,000 per annum
