German and Dutch speaking Customer Service Advisor

We are the leading recruitment consultancy for German, French, Italian and Spanish speaking positions. Also recruiting for positions with other languages such as Dutch, Polish, Portuguese, Scandinavian languages, Mandarin, Japanese and Arabic.
Your tasks
To deliver exceptional customer service to the German and Dutch market while providing essential administrative and office support to ensure the smooth running of daily operations.
- Deliver excellent customer services via telephone, email and face-to-face interactions
- Respond to customer enquiries, resolve queries and provide professional product advice
- Build and maintain strong client relationships ensuring a positive customer experience
- Coordinate cases from initial instruction through to completion liaising with clients, laboratories and medical clinics worldwide
- Manage sample shipments, prepare and fulfil orders / samples
- Provide administrative support and general office duties
- Contribute to sales targets and the smooth running of the department
Requirements
The Candidate
- Fluent in German and Dutch (written and spoken) - Essential
- Previous experience in customer service desirable but not a requirement
- Proactive with the ability to use initiative, build strong client relationships and work effectively to tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills with organisational and problem-solving abilities
- IT literate
