Freightserve recruitment are looking for a CargoWise Assistant for a well established Freight Forwarder based in the Heathrow area.
Daily duties:-
- Provide 1st line support for all user CargoWise issues that arise
- Assist in CargoWise IT projects including company system implementations
- Utilise 2nd line escalation when required
- Support of problems with various Microsoft applications
- Basic level network infrastructure support
- Some IT supplier related activities e.g., Procurement

Required Experience:-
- Cargo Wise experience essential
- Previous experience minimum 3 years
- Successful assistance of projects within previous role
