Freightserve recruitment are looking for a Air Logistics Aerospace Agent for a major Freight Forwarder. The company is based in the Heathrow area.
Daily Duties:-
- Customer services (Highest level)
- Follow any new systems procedures within the department
- To take job orders from clients, that include routing, classifying of service type, establishing a deadline
- Updating clients with any flight and customs delays
- Submitting proof of deliveries to clients
- Resolving any queries
- Offering clients the company's full portfolio of services
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients
- Communicate with service partners and keeping them all updated on shipments progress
Required Experience:-
- Experience in Aerospace field is preferred
- Customer service experience within Airfreight
- Knowldge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint & Word)
- Good written and verbal communications skills in English
Working hours are Monday - Friday 3pm - Midnight
