- Ensure efficient and smooth operation of Ocean & Trucking shipments.
- Ensure accurate and correct permits are declared for all shipment.
- Ensure smooth and timely coordination of shipments.
- Ensure Customers/ Overseas Partners are timely updated on shipment status.
- Update shipments arrival and timely delivery/POD arrangement.
- Assist to ensure selling/cost job for each job.
- Ensure accurate and fast billing to customers.
- Ensure service standards are met with all vendors.
- Ensure timely deliveries and manage Vendors’ performance .
- Assist to reply to RFQ/Rates Request.
- Maintain good relations with all customers and ensure good customer services.
- Any other official duties assign by Senior management.
