Generalist Engineer (M/F)

FREGATE ÉQUIPEMENT is an industrial company of 90 employees recognized for its expertise inherited from the companies SFOB and Rabourdin. It designs, manufactures, and markets high-precision mechanical elements, such as screws, ejectors, punches, and tooling, intended for demanding sectors in plastics, automotive, aerospace & defense, railway, or even the pharmaceutical industry.

As part of its development, Frégate Équipement is recruiting a Generalist Engineer (M/F) on a CDI basis.

MISSIONS

Reporting to the General Manager, you are responsible for the performance of the company's global supply chain and customer satisfaction. In this capacity, you define and implement the Supply Chain strategy while ensuring that cost, quality, and deadline objectives are met.

You will supervise and lead a team composed of 3 ADV managers, 1 warehouse manager, and 4 warehouse workers.

In this role, you will be required to:

• Manage ADV and site logistics activities within an activity composed of a strong trading component
• Guarantee customer satisfaction by ensuring compliance with quality / cost / deadline commitments
• Manage customer relations regarding deadlines, priorities, and dispute resolution
• Select, evaluate, and manage supplier performance
• Optimize logistics flows, procurement, and stock management
• Implement and monitor Supply Chain performance indicators (service rate, lead times, stocks, supplier performance)
• Drive continuous improvement action plans
• Manage and support the ADV and logistics teams
• Participate in supplier audits and monitor their performance
• Work in close collaboration with the Production, Quality, Sales, and Bureau d'Études departments to ensure the fluidity of operations.

PROFILE

With an engineering background, you have a successful first experience in an industrial environment and wish to evolve in an operational and versatile environment. Organized, rigorous, and possessing strong potential, you are capable of managing cross-functional activities such as ADV and the coordination of warehouse activities, while supporting teams on a daily basis.

Possessing excellent interpersonal skills, you demonstrate reactivity, pragmatism, and solid negotiation skills.

Proficiency in professional English is necessary.

Location: Lagny sur Marne. Contract type: CDI - executive status Remuneration: 38 - 45k€ annually depending on profile and experience
