We sell portage salarial solutions to freelancers.

Concretely, we offer freelancers the ability to transform their fees into a payslip in order to:

• Limit their administrative procedures (no need to create a company)
• Offer them security (social protection, possibility of obtaining a bank loan, etc.)

This service is highly meaningful, and we are convinced of the value it brings to our clients.

The context:

You will join the Operations team of the Freeland group. It is a dynamic team.

Reporting directly to the Manager Relations Consultants and within a team of 15 people, you will be the dedicated Relations Consultants advisor for a portfolio of freelancers.

Your daily routine:

• A lot of interpersonal interaction: via email and telephone in order to respond to freelancers' requests so they can make the best decisions. As you gain more skills, you will be able to move towards technical support for consultants (taxation, optimization, service proposals...)
• HR, accounting, and administrative management: drafting consultant employment contracts, invoicing, expense reports, etc.

You will have a personalized integration process to allow you to become operational serenely in the position.

Your profile:

• You have at least a Bac+2 degree
• You have a first experience in the field of administrative management and customer relations.
• You have good interpersonal skills and are comfortable on the phone
• You are comfortable with IT tools
• You are comfortable with numbers
• You have a good level of spelling
• English is required
