IT Intern

As an IT Intern, you will have an active role in supporting and optimizing our organization's technological infrastructure, providing support to users and contributing to the smooth functioning of IT processes. Your responsibilities will include: Providing technical support to remote users, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues. Assisting in the configuration, installation, and delivery of technological equipment to team members. Tracking and updating the IT inventory on internal platforms. Collaborating in the technological onboarding and offboarding processes of employees, ensuring the correct assignment and return of equipment and access. Supporting administrative tasks related to documentation, access control, and credential management. Requirements Currently studying Computer Science Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields. Basic knowledge of Windows and/or macOS operating systems. Familiarity with productivity tools such as Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace. Strong communication skills and a customer service orientation. Ability to work in a team and organize tasks efficiently. Proactive attitude and willingness to learn. Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher.
