manager, IT (information technology) integration

Education:

College/CEGEP. or equivalent experience.

Tasks:

• Assign IT projects to systems analysts, programmers and other computer technicians.
• Coordinate IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services.
• Direct and control daily operations .
• Evaluate daily operations .
• Plan and control budget and expenditures.
• Plan and organize daily operations.
• Recruit staff.
• Review operational reports to assess compliance with software and hardware requirements .
• Supervise computer analysts, engineers, programmers, technicians and other personnel .
• Establish and implement policies and procedures for information systems.
• Authorize the development of specifications for products or services.
• Meet with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs and timelines.
• Manage incidents.
• Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support.

Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses :

Cisco certified internetwork expert service provider (CCIE SP).

Experience:

5 years or more.
