Tasks:

• Order supplies and maintain inventory.
• Maintain inventory of equipment.
• Inspect existing buildings for structural defects and fire hazards.
• Assist in the establishment of unit policies and procedures.
• Perform safety and security checks.
• Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs.
• Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair.
