lunch supervisor

Freak Lunchbox St. John's is looking for an organized, creative, responsible and detail-oriented person to assist in supervising our day to day operations!
The position will require:
- Overseeing and directing staff in the absence of a Manager
- Communicating with customers about substitutions, refunds, etc.
- Relaying communications with Manager
- Maintaining an accurate inventory
- Assisting on the sales floor
- Quality-checking staff's work and having your work quality-checked
- Creating sweet & exciting displays
- Lifting up to 40lbs
The position guarantees 30 hours weekly, but can range up to 40+ hours if desired in the busy seasons (November-December, June-August).
Previous experience in a Team Lead/Supervisor is required.
