Job Description:

As a member of the Sports Direct team, your talent will be in good hands so that you can make the most of yourself and discover countless opportunities. Supporting the Store Manager in effectively managing and leading the team Stock management, including merchandising, as well as processing incoming goods and returns Maximizing sales through ensuring excellent customer service Ensuring that every member of staff follows company policies, procedures, and guidelines Assisting in the training and mentoring provided to every member of the team to develop their skills Ensuring that every member of staff meets the store's key performance indicators (KPI) and targets Managing and coordinating staff shifts to support the daily operation of the store

Your Profile: Good communication skills, capable of managing a large team Well-organized, able to handle workload and prioritize tasks Flexible approach to changing shifts, including evening and weekend work Ability to train and mentor others to improve personal and team performance Passionately inspires others and leads through motivation Result-oriented and ambitious attitude Communicative English language skills
