Team Leadership and Management Directs the team and maintains standards Sets an example in providing a world-class customer experience and also teaches this to their team Creates a pleasant working environment for their staff Creates the best possible team through success strategies Provides immediate feedback and supports success Visual Merchandising As a team leader, ensures that the team takes careful care of the store appearance and proudly implements visual merchandising specifications that align with the Sports Direct brands

Sales and Operations Plays a key role in achieving results and exceeding set targets, taking advantage of every opportunity for store performance.

Directs the team, ensuring precise adherence to best practices while supporting the achievement of business goals and brand awareness.
