Job Opening for HOTELIER ONLY : Housekeeping Supervisor

Key Responsibility

• Staff Management: Schedule, assign tasks, train, coach, and monitor housekeeping staff performance, providing feedback.
• Quality Control: Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure they meet organizational cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards.
• Inventory & Supplies: Manage orders, usage, and distribution of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment.
• Operations: Oversee daily activities, ensuring efficient workflows, and sometimes perform cleaning duties to cover absences or maintain standards.
• Guest Services: Address guest requests, complaints, and special needs promptly and professionally.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce health, safety, and sanitation regulations, ensuring staff follow proper procedures.
• Reporting: Handle closing reports, update systems, and report operational needs to management.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Have been working in 5 star/luxury hotel at same position for minimum 2 years.
• Good command of English, both verbally and written.
• Maximum age at 30 years old
• Leadership: Strong ability to motivate, guide, and manage a team.
• Organizational Skills: Excellent time management, multitasking, and attention to detail.
• Communication: Clear communication for giving instructions and resolving issues.
• Knowledge: Understanding of cleaning methods, chemicals, and health/safety standards.
• Strong preference fo MALE candidate.
