Specialist Data Protection Law (m/f/d) at Frankfurt Airport

What you make possible

• You advise the specialist departments and group companies comprehensively on all questions regarding data protection law
• You accompany digitalization initiatives and the use of innovative technologies in airport operations, such as video surveillance, biometric processes, and IT systems, always with a view to data protection
• You review, create, and negotiate data protection contract clauses, data processing agreements, and international data transfer agreements
• You work closely with the Data Protection Officers
• Supporting data protection incidents as well as handling inquiries from data subjects are also part of your tasks
• You regularly train and sensitize employees and managers on important topics of data protection law
• You continuously monitor developments in data protection law at the national and European levels and derive appropriate recommendations for action for the company
• You work closely with adjacent legal areas such as IT law, Compliance, labor law, and contract law

What you have in your luggage

• Fully qualified lawyer (m/f/d) with above-average State Examinations
• Relevant professional experience in data protection law
• Sound knowledge of national and European data protection laws (especially DSGVO)
• Willingness to work on other topics and legal questions within the field
• Very good conceptual and analytical skills
• Confident and secure appearance, strong communication skills, and a structured and innovative way of working
• High level of teamwork, initiative, sense of responsibility, and assertiveness
• Business-fluent English skills in speaking and writing
